Coaching that starts with the person, not the program.
There is no shortage of workouts on the internet. What most people are missing is someone who knows their body, their history, and their week — and who adjusts the plan when any of those change.
That is what Tally Body does. Every client starts with a conversation and an assessment, not a template. From there you get a program written for you, coaching that corrects what a video never could, and a schedule built around the days you can genuinely train rather than the days a plan wishes you could.
The goal is not a harder workout. It is a plan you can actually keep.
Some clients come in to get strong for the first time. Some are chasing a stage. Some want their clothes to fit differently, or their back to stop hurting, or to stop starting over every January. All of it is welcome here, and none of it requires you to already be in shape.
Progress is tracked session to session, so the work stays visible in the weeks when the mirror is slow to catch up. And when a week goes badly, you don't start over — you show up, we adjust, and we keep going.
