Services
Four ways in.
One standard of coaching.
Whether you train beside your coach in Chicago, follow a program from a gym two time zones away, are rebuilding your relationship with food, or are working toward a stage — the coaching behind all of it is the same.
What's Shared
Different services. The same person in your corner.
The four services below exist because people arrive at Tally Body from different places. Some want a coach beside them in the gym. Some already have a gym they love in a city we're not in. Some have the training handled and need the food figured out. Some have a show date and a physique they're building toward.
What doesn't change between them is the coaching itself. Every plan is written for one person, from an honest look at where they actually are — not a template with a name typed at the top. Every plan gets adjusted as that person's body, schedule, and confidence change. And every client gets a coach who tells them the truth, including when the truth is that a goal needs more time than they hoped.
Everyone deserves someone in their corner.
Services can be combined. Training and nutrition together is the most common pairing, and the two are built to support each other when they run side by side. If you're not sure which combination fits, that's what the consultation is for — and it's free. Start the application.
The Services
Start with the one that sounds like you.
Each page below goes into detail on how that service works, what's included, and who it suits. You don't have to pick correctly on the first try — the consultation exists to sort that out, and one application covers all four.
Personal Training
One-on-one coaching, in person in Chicago.
Hands-on sessions with real-time cueing and correction, a program built entirely around your body and goals, and accountability you can't negotiate with. One-on-one or with a partner.

Tally Body — Our VisionHow It Works
The same four steps, whichever service you choose.
Nothing about starting should feel like a test you have to pass. You don't need to be in shape, eat well, or know what you're doing before you're allowed to begin.
Apply
A short application about your goals, your history, your schedule, and what you're hoping to change. No obligation attached to it.
Consultation
A conversation, not a sales pitch. We work out which service — or combination — actually fits, and if we're not the right fit at all, we'll say so.
Your Plan
Built from an honest assessment of where you're starting — your movement, your training history, your week, and the constraints that aren't going to change.
Coach & Adjust
The work begins, progress gets tracked, and the plan changes as you do. When a week goes badly, you don't start over — we adjust and keep going.
Every Client
What you get no matter which service you choose.
The details differ by service. These don't.
Written from your assessment, your goals, and your actual week — then revised as you progress rather than run on a fixed schedule.
Including when the honest answer is that a timeline is unrealistic, or that a different service would serve you better than the one you asked about.
Measured in more than one way, so the work stays visible in the weeks when the mirror or the scale isn't cooperating.
Check-ins, questions answered, and a coach who notices when you go quiet — because the days you don't train matter too.
There is no fitness level, weight, or level of knowledge you need to reach before you're allowed to begin.
Everything is explained rather than prescribed. The long-term goal is a client who understands their own training and eating.
Not Sure Which One
You don't have to get this right on your own.
Picking a service is the easiest thing to get wrong from the outside, and the easiest thing to sort out in a ten-minute conversation.
If you're in Chicago and new to lifting, in-person training is almost always the right starting point — technique is faster to learn with someone watching, and the appointment does a lot of the work of showing up.
If you're outside Chicago or travel often, online coaching gives you the same programming and the same coach, delivered differently. If your training is already handled and food is the piece that keeps unravelling, start with nutrition. If you have a physique goal or a stage in mind, bodybuilding coaching covers both sides of it.
And if none of that describes you cleanly, apply anyway and tick Not sure yet on the form. The consultation is free, it isn't a sales call, and being told which service fits — or that Tally Body isn't the right fit at all — costs you nothing.
The first step is a conversation, not a commitment.
Common Questions
Before you apply.
Can I combine services?
Yes, and many clients do. Training with nutrition is the most common pairing, and when they run together the two are built to support each other rather than sitting side by side.
Bodybuilding coaching already covers both sides, so it doesn't need nutrition added on top. On the application, tick every service you're interested in.
What if I pick the wrong service?
You won't get far down the wrong road. The consultation happens before anything starts, and its whole purpose is to work out what actually fits. If what you applied for isn't it, you'll be told.
Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. There is no fitness level, weight, or amount of knowledge you need to reach first. Clients arrive as complete beginners, as people returning after years away, and as experienced lifters chasing something specific.
Do you work with injuries or physical limitations?
Yes. Limitations are accounted for from the assessment onward and programmed around. If you're under the care of a doctor or physical therapist, coaching works within whatever guidance they've given you rather than around it.
What does it cost?
Rates depend on the service and how often you train, and they're covered in the consultation once we know what you actually need. There's no charge for the consultation itself.
What happens after I send the application?
You'll get a reply within one business day to set up the consultation. Nothing is charged and nothing is scheduled before that conversation happens.
How do I get started?
Fill out the application below. It takes a few minutes, there's no obligation attached, and it's what the consultation is built from.
Apply
One application. All four services.
Tell us where you're starting and what you're after. The more you put here, the more useful the consultation is — but nothing on this form commits you to anything, and there's no charge for the conversation.
Tally Body coaching is for generally healthy adults. It is fitness and nutrition coaching, not medical care, and nothing provided is a diagnosis or treatment. If you are pregnant, managing a condition, or under the care of a physician or physical therapist, bring us their guidance and coaching will work within it. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program.
