COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I have to train with Tally Body to get nutrition coaching?

1

No. Nutrition coaching is available on its own, and plenty of clients use it that way — including people who already have a gym, a program, or another trainer they like. It also pairs with personal training, and when it does, the nutrition and the programming are built to support each other.

Will I have to count calories or track macros?

2

Only if it suits you. Tracking is a useful tool for some people and a miserable one for others. If it isn't right for you, we coach with portions, plate-building, and habits instead, and the results still come.

Do you write custom meal plans?

3

Not as a rigid day-by-day menu, because those tend to be abandoned quickly and teach you very little. You'll get meal-building guidance, example meals, and a shortlist of options that fit your targets and your cooking situation — a framework you can keep using long after coaching ends.

What if I have allergies, restrictions, or foods I won't eat?

4

They're built in from the start. Allergies, intolerances, religious or ethical restrictions, and plain dislikes all shape the plan. There is no version of this where you're asked to eat something you don't want to eat.
